This way you know that you are in control and we can respond to your needs immediately. 

Get to know us first 
A first appointment does not necessarily have to include treatment. We would like to invite you to an appointment to get to know us, where we can talk without obligation. This allows you to decide at your leisure whether the chemistry is right and whether you feel comfortable and in good hands with us. Our empathetic team will take the time to address your questions and concerns.

Understanding causes together 
If you like, tell us about the causes of your anxiety. Have you had any unpleasant experiences in the past? We are happy to adapt our approach to avoid situations that could trigger unpleasant memories. In this way, we help you to process old experiences. You can find simple instructions online that you can try out. We will be happy to help you find a method that suits you. With a little practice, you will find that these techniques help you to relax more.

Distraction from unpleasant noises
